Classical Ballet
Our Classical Ballet course offers a comprehensive curriculum that is certified by Comdance, Australia’s leading dance examination and assessment body. Our program is designed to teach students the fundamentals of classical ballet, including technique, posture, and artistry. With a focus on developing strength, flexibility, and grace, our students learn the discipline and precision required to excel in ballet.
At Tyng Dance Academy, we follow the Comdance syllabus which includes:
Theatrical A – Theatrical B
– Pre Ballet – Primary Ballet
– Grade one – Grade two
– Grade three – Grade four
– Grade five – Grave six
– Sub elementary – Elementary
– Intermediate – Advance
– Teaching Certificate – Teaching Diploma.
The syllabus covers a range of movements, including barre work, centre work, adagio, allegro, and grand allegro. As students progress through the levels, they will build on their skills and knowledge, developing a deeper understanding of ballet.
Our experienced and dedicated instructors provide individual attention and feedback to each student, helping them to reach their full potential. We also provide regular opportunities for students to perform in competitions, recitals and other events, giving them the chance to showcase their talent and hard work.
